We make it easy for you. For your entry fee we provide; 2 Weber Kettles, 2 bags of Lump Charcoal, a whole Brisket, Racks of Beef Ribs, Chicken Leg Quarters and Ground Beef and Beans for Chili and all the ingredients you need to make your Rub and Sauce.
You bring your recipe and skill.
