This form is for vendors that wish to attract consumers that will purchase their products that fall vendor category “Artisans" include individuals that produce handmade crafts, jewelry, fabrics, garments, art, etc.

Charity / Synagouge
Please note that applications are subject to committee approval and the following:
“Charity or Synagogue Application & Agreement” form. This form is for recognized 501 (c) 3 charities or synagogues that wish to attract the community to see their good works.
