APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Thank you for agreeing to be a Business Vendor for the 2018 Annual Atlanta Kosher BBQ Festival – to be held, RAIN or SHINE, on Sunday October 21, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at City Green at City Springs Sandy Springs, GA 30328.

Please note that applications are subject to committee approval and the following:  

  • Fully completed “Business Vendor Application & Agreement” form.
    This form is for vendors or service providers that  typically maintain a brick and mortar type of business as opposed to Artisans who typically work out of their home producing handmade crafts and jewelry.
    Business vendors
    include any business or service provider that sells items on “multilevel marketing” or “direct sales” model.

  • Vendors are expected to provide their own 10×10 tent/canopy
  • Please include a .png file of your logo to be placed on our website and a .ai or .EPS file for the t-shirt
  • You may pay your Non-refundable Registration Fee online below.

Business Registration

  • Accepted file types: png, ai, eps, jpg, tiff.
  • I agree to participate in the 2018 Atlanta Kosher BBQ Festival (the “Festival”) subject to the terms and conditions for participation as outlined in this Business Vendor Application & Agreement (including the guidelines and requirements on the second page below), and I hereby irrevocably release the Hebrew Order of David International and all other Festival organizers, staff and volunteers from, and waive all claims against them arising out of or based upon, any and all loss, damages or liabilities occurring on the day of, or otherwise relating to, the Festival. By my signature below, I agree to all terms, conditions and requirements on behalf of myself and the above named Business.

    2018 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS ALL RESTAURANTS, VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS MUST FURNISH: 1) A Current Certificate of Employer’s Liability Insurance, and 2) Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance, including products and completed operations coverage's, of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 per location aggregate; with a fire legal liability limit of not less than $100,000; and containing a Contractual Liability Endorsement. The Certificate must name Hebrew Order of David International and its respective Affiliates, Subsidiaries, Agents, Officers, Members, Directors, Partners, Shareholders and Employees, as an additional insureds; must reference the date of the event (October 21, 2018); and must specify the effective and expiration dates of the coverage.
